Silicone lip is damaged

We as manufacturer give a 5-year guarantee on the silicone lip *

(on presentation of proof of purchase, or a copy of the printed instructions found in your set).

Please note:

If the damage is of a gross mechanical nature, it is not covered by the warranty.

*) The guarantee refers to the fact that you always have a clean side available. Only when both sides of the silicone lip no longer clean or leave without visible damage stripes, the full warranty applies.A instructions for turning the silicone lip can be found here.

To clarify the warranty status, please send an email to service@fensterwischer.info and attach - if possible - a photo.

Of course you can always order a new silicone lip via our online shop.

You can also flip the silicone lip until the new silicone lip is delivered. Read more here.
